"I find people fascinating. I love the feeling that someone sees something differently as a result of our spending time together. Life Coaching is just the most rewarding job - well, I don't think it really can be considered a job, it certainly isn't work. And I get as much out of most interactions with clients as they do!"

Laura Baker-Graves BA LCA, the woman behind Inner Empowerment, is a graduate of the Life Coaching Academy and has an Honours Degree in Psychology from Liverpool University.

Laura has worked in a variety of business areas - including life assurance sales and sales management, secretarial and managerial recruitment and catering, both on a large scale and on a more intimate basis - but always in positions that involved people-management; more specifically - motivation, team leadship, training and personnel development, as well as coaching.

Laura is 52 years old and lives in Brighton with her two younger sons: Sebastian, 13 and Nathaniel 16.  Her hobbies include playing the piano, making miniatures, photography, reading and spending time with family and friends.
